At CONDITION, we stand by our high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
